This page provides the link to the Northside Independent School District’s spirit constitution. This document is what all NISD spirit organizations must adhere to, including the Golden Stars. It outlines guidelines for membership as well as demerit/merits policies, and all other requirements. As directors, parents, and members, we must all follow the rules that are set by the district in the constitution.
